About Conelio
Dr. Timo Koch
Founder
Timo is a computational psychologist and founder of Conelio, working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, human communication, and behavioral science. His research explores how language, behavioral, and emotional signals can be combined to understand human interaction and support more adaptive, human-centered AI systems.
His work at the University of St. Gallen, LMU Munich, the University of Cambridge, and Stanford University connects computational behavioral science with practical product development. He brings these insights into Conelio’s realistic, feedback-driven conversation training.
Trinita Roy
Product Development
Trinita is an AI researcher and developer specializing in generative AI, large language models, multimodal systems, and human-AI interaction.
She develops personalized AI coaching systems that use context and emotional signals to make training realistic, adaptive, and trustworthy. Her experience in applied research and product development, including at SciSpace and Fraunhofer IPA, provides the technological foundation for Conelio's interactive conversation training.
Mission
As artificial intelligence automates more parts of professional life, skillful human interaction becomes an even more important differentiator. Yet many learners face high-stakes conversations for the first time when it already counts.
Conelio helps make these conversations trainable. Learners can practice realistic scenarios, receive structured feedback, and build confidence before real-world stakes begin.
